Traumatized from the pain and torment of an abusive step-father and constant bullying after shitting his pants in school, Lou Stool is struck by lightning in a portapotty. As the electricity, cleaning chemicals, and fecal matter rewrite his DNA, Lou emerges as The Pee Pee Poo Poo Monster, vowing, ironically, to never be Number 2 again.
